我国的电子档案建设正面临一定的现实困境,相关部门只有加强电子档案建设整体框架的系统研究,制定可持续的发展战略和建设途径,才能真正保证我国电子档案建设的质量和水平。
Only by strengthening the systematic study of the overall framework of electronic archives and by formulating sustainable development strategies and approaches can the relevant departments truly guarantee the quality and level of electronic archives construction in our country.
