编者按随着城市化进程的不断推进,现代城市呈立体化的组合,对于地上和地下空间同步开发利用提出了较高的要求。当下中国的城市建设和开发规模,已完全达到大规模成体系开发利用地下空间的条件与实力。随着我国城市发展迈入新阶段,不少城市即将进入大规模开发利用地下空间的新时期。面对这一新形势,进一步开发与利用地下空间具有重要意义:一是开发利用城市地下空间,逐步缓解城市空间发展的突出矛盾与问题;二是开发利用城市地下空间,为创造一个最适宜创业发展和居住生活的现代化中
