研制了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的流动注射分析系统。在LabVIEW软件平台上,构建了由研华ADAM-4017数据采集模块、Atme189C51单片机、7.22分光光度计以及微机等组成的硬件平台,并开发了一套完整的控制和分析软件,实现了信号采集、数据显示、流路控制和数据储存等功能。将该系统应用于停流-催化光度法以测定痕量酚,实验结果表明,其线性相关系数为0.9992。该系统不仅易于研究流动注射分析中的各种检测方法和数据分析方法,而且为研发适于现场监测的全自动流动注射分析测试方案提供了良好的平台。
A flow injection analysis system based on virtual instrument technology was developed. On the LabVIEW software platform, a hardware platform composed of Advantech ADAM-4017 data acquisition module, Atme189C51 microcontroller, 7.22 spectrophotometer and microcomputer is constructed and a complete set of control and analysis software is developed to realize signal acquisition , Data display, flow control and data storage functions. The system was applied to the stop-flow-catalytic spectrophotometry to determine trace phenol, the experimental results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9992. The system not only facilitates the study of various detection methods and data analysis methods in flow injection analysis, but also provides a good platform for the development of fully automated flow injection analysis and testing programs suitable for on-site monitoring.
