本文介绍了挤压机三种速度程序控制系统及试验结果对挤压速度采用等温程序控制的主要原因是:1.要求现代挤压机有较高的生产能力;2.对挤压件的、特别是轻合金挤压件的表面提出了越加严格的要求;3.采用了较复杂和较难加工的合金;4.需要由相当不熟练的人员操纵愈来愈复杂的挤压机。问题在于如何得到最大的生产率,即在下述条件下操纵挤压机:以最合适的挤压速度挤压时,任一段挤压行程都与所采用的合金种类、材料温度、工具等相适应。要想理想地解决这一问题,必须根据刚从阴模挤出的那段挤压件的温度控制挤压速度。
