通过遥供音频无绝缘轨道电路(FTGS)对故障数据的提取分析,以及轨电位分布理论及对信号设备影响的理论研究,确定放大滤波板故障与轨电位异常相关。经过现场测试验证,轨电位升高是放大滤波板故障的原因之一,轨电位升高导致放大滤波板输出电压下降,放大滤波板的输出电容温度升高,最终导致放大滤波板的输出电容疲劳损坏。
Through the extraction and analysis of the fault data from the remote audio uninsulated track circuit (FTGS), and theoretical research of the rail potential distribution and the influence on the signal equipment, it is determined that the fault of the amplifying filter board is related to the anomaly of the rail potential. After field test, the increase of potential is one of the reasons to enlarge the fault of the filter board. The increase of the potential of the rail leads to the decrease of the output voltage of the amplifying filter board. The temperature of the output capacitor of the amplifying filter board increases, which eventually leads to the output capacitor of the amplifying filter board being exhausted damage.
