用浓硫酸和醋酐使EPDM生胶磺化,然后通过与各种醋酸盐或碱的中和反应,得到一系列不同金属反离子的磺酸型EPDM离聚物。通过应力-应变和动态力学谱测试,探讨了金属反离子对离聚物性能的影响。结果表明:随金属反离子价数增加,离聚物的力学强度和高弹特性增强;而对于同一族金属反离子,随离子半径增加,离聚物强度和高弹特性下降。
EPDM was sulfonated with concentrated sulfuric acid and acetic anhydride and then neutralized with various acetates or bases to obtain a series of sulfonic acid type EPDM ionomers with different metal counterions. The effects of metal counterion on the properties of ionomer were discussed by stress-strain and dynamic mechanical test. The results show that with the increase of the valence of the metal ions, the mechanical strength and high elastic properties of the ionomer are enhanced. For the same group of metal ions, the strength and the high elastic properties of the ionomer decrease with increasing ionic radius.
