研究了自制的聚1-丁烯热塑性弹性体(PB t-TPE)及市售的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)3种弹性体改性聚丙烯(PP)共混物的性能,比较了3种改性体(PB t-TPE、EPDM、POE)对PP共混物力学性能和热性能的影响,结果表明:3种弹性体对PP具有相似的改性效果,共混物的断裂伸长率和冲击强度等韧性指标均有明显改善;PB t-TPE在某些方面可替代EPDM作为PP的改性剂,其工业化产品将具有明显的价格优势。
The effects of self-made polybutene-1 thermoplastic elastomer (PB t-TPE) and commercially available EPDM and POE elastomers (PP ) Blends. The effects of three kinds of modifiers (PB t-TPE, EPDM, POE) on the mechanical properties and thermal properties of PP blends were compared. The results showed that the three elastomers had similar changes to PP And the toughness index such as elongation at break and impact strength of the blends are significantly improved. The PB t-TPE can replace EPDM as a modifier of PP in some aspects, and its industrialized products will have obvious price advantages.
