目的 通过建立MSG 肝再生 大鼠模型 ,检测MSG 肝再生 大鼠下丘脑弓状核 (ARN)TGF β1mRNA的表达与神经内分泌免疫网络的关系。方法 用肝大部分切除MSG 大鼠的方法建立MSG 肝再生 大鼠模型 ,原位杂交技术检测MSG 肝再生 大鼠下丘脑弓状核 (ARN)TGF β1mRNA的表达。结果 发现MSG -肝再生 -大鼠ARNTGF - β1mRNA的表达显著上调 ,切除 11天达 2 0 9± 1 6 ,与生理盐水组 (11 1± 1 2 )和MSG -大鼠假手术组 (15 2± 1 1)比较 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 MSG -肝再生 -大鼠神经 -内分泌 -免疫网络功能紊乱与其ARNTGF - β1mRNA表达失调密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of MSG liver regeneration and investigate the relationship between the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA in hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARN) and neuroendocrine-immune network in MSG-induced liver regeneration rats. Methods MSG rat model of liver regeneration was established by resection of most MSG rats. The in situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of TGFβ1 mRNA in hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARN). The results showed that the expression of ARNTGF - β1 mRNA was significantly upregulated in MSG - hepatic regeneration - rat rats. The number of ARNTGF - β1 mRNA was up to 209 days after resection in 11 days (11 1 ± 12) and MSG - ± 1 1), the difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion MSG - liver regeneration - neuroendocrine - immune network dysfunction is closely related to the imbalance of ARNTGF - β1 mRNA expression.
