本文运用问卷调查法、访谈法等,对湖南省1228个乡、98个民族乡的农村初级中学体育教师现状,体育课教学及学校体育活动,学校体育经费来源、场地器材设施的配备等方面进行了调查和分析。结论得出:湖南农村初中学校体育发展主要缺乏行之有效的监控手段和措施;体育教师待遇偏低,同时又受到世俗化价值取向的影响,体育教师教学行为成为影响学校体育发展的重要实施环节。研究目的:旨在为湖南农村初中学校体育的改革和发展提供理论依据。
In this paper, questionnaires and interviews were used to analyze the status quo of rural junior high school PE teachers in 1228 townships and 98 ethnic townships in Hunan Province, physical education teaching and school sports activities, school sports funding sources and the provision of site equipment and facilities Investigated and analyzed. The conclusion is that the primary and secondary schools in Hunan rural areas lack of effective monitoring means and measures; the treatment of physical education teachers is low, meanwhile they are influenced by the secularized value orientation, and the teaching activities of PE teachers have become an important link in the development of PE in schools . The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the reform and development of physical education in junior middle schools in rural areas in Hunan province.
