铁代谢1.铁的分布铁广泛分布于人体各种组织中。人体内铁可分为功能铁和贮存铁两部分,前者约占70%,包括血红蛋白铁、肌红蛋白铁、与转铁蛋白、乳铁蛋白结合的铁和含铁酶类等;后者约占30%,包括铁蛋白和含铁血黄素。
Iron Metabolism 1. Iron Distribution Iron is widely distributed in various tissues of the human body. The body of iron can be divided into two parts of functional iron and storage of iron, the former about 70%, including hemoglobin iron, myoglobin iron and transferrin, lactoferrin binding iron and iron-containing enzymes; the latter about 30%, including ferritin and hemosiderin.
