的:探讨小儿腹腔镜下治疗成人精索静脉曲张的可行性及疗效。方法:回顾性分析2010年6月至2012年11月共106例成人精索静脉曲张患者行小儿腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术的临床资料。结果:106例手术均获得成功,手术时间20～50min,平均31min,术中出血极少,术1～2天出院,随访3～12个月,无复发,无睾丸萎缩等并发症。结论:小儿腹腔镜能应用于治疗成人精索静脉曲张,具有疗效可靠、创伤极小、手术疤痕小、恢复快等优点。
: To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of pediatric laparoscopic treatment of adult varicocele. Methods: The clinical data of 106 cases of adult varicocele undergoing laparoscopic varicocele ligation from June 2010 to November 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the 106 surgeries were successful. The operation time was 20-50min with an average of 31min. There was minimal bleeding during operation. The patients were discharged from hospital for 1-2 days. The patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months without recurrence and no testicular atrophy. Conclusion: Pediatric laparoscopy can be used to treat adult varicocele, which has the advantages of reliable curative effect, minimal trauma, small surgical scar and quick recovery.
