报告了用酪蛋白分解显色法测定血浆纤溶抑制活性(FIA)和纤溶激活活性(FAA)的方法。原理是样本中产生的纤溶酶作用于酪蛋白,生成可溶性酪蛋白片段,加入Folin酚试剂后显色,在620nm波长处测光吸收度,以反映样本中FIA或FAA。两种活性测值可互相比较,计算比值。
A method for the determination of plasma fibrinolysis inhibiting activity (FIA) and fibrinolytic activating activity (FAA) by casein decomposition colorimetry was reported. The principle is that the sample produced in the role of plasmin in casein to generate soluble casein fragments, after adding Folin phenol reagent color, absorbance at 620nm wavelength to reflect the sample FIA or FAA. The two activity measurements can be compared with each other to calculate the ratio.
