小麦成熟期穗发芽会严重影响子粒品质。利用我国黄淮南片西部推广的小麦品种衍生的白皮小麦基因型为材料,进行田间和室内的穗发芽比较试验。研究结果显示,含有山东省济麦系列血统的材料因成熟时种子休眠,以及穗部结构和种皮厚度等特征对抗穗发芽有利,其穗发芽抗性的田间表现较好;而含有河北省衡观35血统的材料,以及其他在河南省大面积推广的小麦材料,穗发芽问题比较严重。建议在穗发芽抗性育种中加强对亲本的抗穗发芽特性的选配。
Sprouting of the ears of wheat at maturity can seriously affect the quality of the grains. The white wheat genotypes derived from the wheat varieties popularized in the western part of Huanghuainan Southwest of China were used as materials to compare the sprouting of field and indoor spikes. The results showed that the materials containing Shandong Jimai lineage had good performance in sprouting resistant to sprouting due to seed dormancy at maturity and the structure of panicle and seed coat thickness, View 35 descent materials, and other large-scale promotion in Henan Province, wheat materials, ear sprouting problem is more serious. It is suggested that the selection of spike-resistant characteristics of parents should be strengthened in spike-resistant breeding.
