目的在现有树■和雏鸭动物模型的基础上,对有关试验内容和方法加以改进,为研发抗乙肝病毒(HBV)新药提供比较理想的试验模型。方法采用乙肝病毒(HBV)分别感染树■和雏鸭造成肝细胞炎症,以血液生化、肝功能、血液及肝脏HBV-DNA水平、肝组织学的病理改变为观察指标,综合判断造模的程度。结果乙肝病毒(HBV)感染的树■和雏鸭动物模型,其检测指标灵敏,肝组织学改变明显。结论改进后的乙肝实验动物模型稳定,重复性好,适用于防治乙肝药物的应用研究。
OBJECTIVE To improve the content and methods of experiments based on the existing animal models of tree and ducklings and to provide an ideal experimental model for the development of new anti-hepatitis B virus drugs. Methods Hepatitis B and ducklings were infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV) to induce hepatocellular inflammation. Pathological changes such as blood biochemistry, liver function, blood and liver HBV-DNA levels, and liver histology were used as indexes to determine the degree of modeling . Results Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and ducklings animal model, the detection of sensitive indicators, significant changes in liver histology. Conclusion The improved model of experimental hepatitis B animal is stable and reproducible. It is suitable for the study of the application of hepatitis B drug.
