继明清温病学派之后,中医传统理论几乎是原地踏步,并无重大突破,但中医临床实践无论在广度或深度上都有长足的进步。其中一个重要原因,就是诊断学上的病证结合,治疗学上的专病专方。辨病专方专药集中体现了中西医结合对疾病本质认识的时代转变,是中医传统辨证论治的历史承续与发展。
After the Ming and Qing Dynasties school of thought, the traditional Chinese medicine theory was almost in place and there was no major breakthrough. However, the clinical practice of TCM has made great strides in both breadth and depth. One of the important reasons is the combination of diagnosis and syndromes in diagnostics and the specialty of special treatment in therapeutics. The specialty medicine for the disease-specific patients embodies the changing times of the understanding of the nature of diseases in the combination of Chinese and Western medicines. It is the historical inheritance and development of TCM traditional syndrome differentiation.
