在职业教育中,目前教学中面临的难题是传统的实际课堂渐渐疏远实际教学的需求,达不到良好的教学效果。形态学教学,如病理学,在医学生教育工作中的特点主要体现在对图片的认识及阅片上。在常规课堂教学过程中,学生常对枯燥乏味的病理图片及相关知识缺乏兴趣。其次,很多疾病常常具有众多病理表现及病理过程,故需进行大量病理图片的阅读以加深认识。因此受教育者的教育需求与教育机构提供的教育机会两者之间的矛盾日益凸显,正在推动我国的职业教育改革和发展。
In vocational education, the current difficult problem in teaching is that the traditional practical classroom gradually alienates the demand of actual teaching and fails to achieve good teaching results. Morphology teaching, such as pathology, is mainly reflected in the understanding of the picture and reading the film in the education of medical students. In regular classroom teaching, students often lack interest in dull pathology pictures and related knowledge. Second, many diseases often have many pathological manifestations and pathological processes, so a large number of pathological pictures need to be read to deepen their understanding. Therefore, the contradiction between the educational needs of educators and the educational opportunities provided by educational institutions has become increasingly prominent. It is promoting the reform and development of vocational education in our country.
