目的 探讨急性脑卒中 (脑出血和大面积脑梗死 )时血清乳酸脱氢酶与血糖水平的改变。方法 将 46例急性脑卒中患者按出血性和缺血性分为两组 ,分别测定LDH ,BS。同时将 46例患者以BS高低分为两组 ,比较LDH的变化。结果 脑出血和大面积脑梗死患者LDH ,BS改变无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。以血糖高低区别的两组患者LDH有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大面积脑梗死和脑出血均可引起BS和LDH异常改变。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum lactate dehydrogenase and blood glucose levels in acute stroke (cerebral hemorrhage and large area cerebral infarction). Methods 46 cases of acute stroke patients were divided into hemorrhagic and ischemic groups, respectively, LDH, BS were measured. At the same time, 46 patients were divided into two groups according to the level of BS, comparing the changes of LDH. Results The changes of LDH and BS in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and large area cerebral infarction had no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference in LDH between the two groups with different blood glucose levels (P <0.01). Conclusion Large area cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage can cause abnormal changes of BS and LDH.
