回顾近年游客满意度研究历程,游客满意度研究是学界持续热门的研究领域之一,研究成果丰硕,但仍未形成自己独特的研究方法体系。运用的研究方法总体来说比较广泛,有定性研究方法、定量研究方法以及定性与定量相结合的方法。国外多采用结构建模技术,构建具有因果关系的结构方程模型,在此基础上探讨各前提因素和结果因素间的相互关系、影响程度,而现有游客满意度文献尤其是国内研究多侧重于定性分析,研究方法和手段相对来说较为简单,还有待于进一步扩展和深入。定性和定量相结合的研究方法已经成为游客满意度研究发展的趋势,但两者整合仍存缺陷。 Reviewing the research process of tourist satisfaction in recent years, the study of tourist satisfaction is one of the most popular research fields in the academic field. The research has achieved fruitful results, but it still has not formed its own unique research methodology. The research methods used are generally broad, with qualitative research methods, quantitative research methods and qualitative and quantitative methods. Many foreign countries use structural modeling technology to construct a structural equation model with causality. On this basis, the relationship between the prerequisite and outcome factors and the degree of influence are discussed. However, the existing literature on tourist satisfaction, especially domestic research, Qualitative analysis, research methods and means are relatively simple, yet to be further expanded and deepened. The combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods has become the trend of tourist satisfaction research and development, but the two still exist shortcomings.
