对零件已加工表面的形成过程进行分析,提出表面分离法的分析模型;自行研制了求解在移动载荷作用下的二维热弹塑性力学问题的有限元计算软件──MTPlast;对切削的已加工表面残余应力进行理论预测,并与试验结果相比较,探讨残余应力的形成机理,为控制已加工表面的残余应力提供了理论依据。
