泵站机电配套选型设计中,一般是以 P_e≥N_配来选择电动机(N_配为泵站电动机的配套功率),忽略了环境温度对电动机额定功率 P_e 的影响。笔者认为,这种选择是不合理的。从电动机额定功率与允许温升的关系及水泵运行负载性质看,应在 P_e≥N_配的基础上,视环境温度与标准值40℃的偏离程度,对电动机额定功率作相应修正。经过修正后所选出的电动机有较明显的合理性。
Pumping station mechanical and electrical matching design selection, the general is to P_e ≥ N_ with the selection of motor (N_ with the pump station motor matching power), ignoring the ambient temperature on the motor rated power P_e impact. The author believes that this choice is unreasonable. From the relationship between the rated power of the motor and the allowable temperature rise and the nature of the pump operation load, the rated power of the motor should be corrected accordingly on the basis of P_e≥N_ with the deviation of the ambient temperature from the standard value of 40 ℃. After the amendment of the selected motor has more obvious rationality.
