目的探讨脑电地形图(BEAM)检查对判断由肺炎支原体(MP)感染所致神经损害的程度、范围及恢复期变化的意义。方法对38例MP感染患儿的临床症状、辅助检查、X线胸片报告对照BEAM初查、复查结果进行分析。结果BEAM中-重度异常均以中枢神经系统表现为主,且多合并2个以上脏器损害,表明BEAM异常程度与多脏器损害及临床表现有一定平行关系;出院时BEAM正常率不到25%,表明出院时脑神经表现大都未完全康复。结论BEAM检查对MP感染所致神经损害的程度、范围、预后判断及指导治疗均有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the significance of the changes of the extent, extent and recovery period of neurological damage caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection by electroencephalogram (BEAM). Methods 38 cases of MP infection in children with clinical symptoms, laboratory examinations, chest X-ray reports of control BEAM first survey, the review results were analyzed. Results The moderate to severe BEAM was mainly manifested in the central nervous system and complicated with more than two organ damage. The BEAM abnormality showed a parallel relationship with multiple organ damage and clinical manifestations. The normal BEAM rate at discharge was less than 25 %, Indicating that most discharged neurological manifestations of brain failure to fully recover. Conclusions The BEAM examination is of great significance to the extent, range, prognosis and guidance of MPN-induced neurological damage.
