采用高温固相反应法在碳粉还原气氛下制备了(Y1-xCex)PO4(x=0.01,0.06,0.1,0.15,0.2)荧光粉,研究了Y0.9Ce0.1PO4荧光粉的激发光谱、发射光谱、15K时的低温荧光寿命以及Ce3+浓度对YPO4∶Ce荧光粉相对发射强度的影响,并研究了颗粒的形貌和粒度分布.结果表明,(Y,Ce)PO4体系中的Ce3+在基质晶格中占据1个格位,其发射光谱曲线由333nm和355nm宽带发射构成;随着Ce3+浓度的增加,其相对发射强度是先升高后降低,最佳Ce3+掺杂摩尔浓度为0.1;15K时的荧光寿命为7.92ns,中心粒径为2.1μm.
The phosphors of (Y1-xCex) PO4 (x = 0.01,0.06,0.1,0.15,0.2) were prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction under reducing atmosphere of carbon powder. The excitation spectra of Y0.9Ce0.1PO4 phosphor were studied. Spectrum, the low temperature fluorescence lifetime at 15K and the Ce3 + concentration on the relative emission intensity of YPO4: Ce were investigated. The morphology and size distribution of the particles were also studied. The results show that Ce3 + in (Y, Ce) Which occupies one lattice position. Its emission spectrum consists of 333nm and 355nm broadband emission. With the increase of Ce3 + concentration, the relative emission intensity first increases and then decreases, and the optimal Ce3 + doping concentration is 0.1. At 15K The fluorescence lifetime was 7.92 ns and the center particle size was 2.1 μm.
