作者试图从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层面探讨商业性健身俱乐部文化建设的定位,通过文献资料法、实地观察法、逻辑分析法阐述商业性健身俱乐部文化建设定位的重要性与原则,认为休闲娱乐文化对俱乐部物质文化的折旧具有缓解、优化作用,对物质文化整体统筹、规划、改造、深化等具有重要指导作用;对于俱乐部制度文化建设的坚韧、壮大、威信等具有重要引领作用。
The author tries to discuss the orientation of culture construction of commercial fitness club from three aspects of material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture. By means of literature review, field observation and logical analysis, the author expounds the importance and principle of the orientation of commercial fitness club culture. It holds that leisure and entertainment culture plays an important guiding role in the overall material planning, planning, reforming and deepening of material and cultural clubs. It plays an important role in guiding the building of the club’s institutional culture with tenacity, strength and prestige.
