用国产Q开关Nd∶YAG激光机对92只早期闭角青光眼施行虹膜周边切除。切口直径0.3～0.5毫米,所需能量228.4±196.5mj,击射次数16.5±13.4次。激光虹膜切除术后一个月暗伏试验转阴率平均为82.05%。术后随访期为1～12个月。结合眼压和暗伏试验评价疗效,本组总有效率为85.4%。
Peripheral iris resection was performed on 92 early glaucoma with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. Incision diameter of 0.3 to 0.5 mm, the required energy 228.4 ± 196.5mj, the number of shots 16.5 ± 13.4 times. One month after laser iridotomy, the average dark-test conversion rate was 82.05%. The follow-up period was 1 to 12 months. Combined with intraocular pressure and dark volt test evaluation of efficacy, the total effective rate was 85.4%.
