采用有限元分析软件Ansys对某型航空发动机中介机匣分流环插接安装的脱开失效载荷进行了分析,对其中涉及的有限元计算中的非线性问题进行了简化,将状态非线性转化为位移边界条件,只考虑材料非线性,提高了计算效率。经试验验证表明:这种简化计算方法合理可行,能够为该结构的设计提供有意义的参考。
The finite element analysis software Ansys is used to analyze the disengagement failure load of the splitter ring installation of a type of aero-engine intermediate receiver. The nonlinear problems in the finite element calculation involved are simplified, and the state nonlinearity is transformed into Displacement boundary conditions, only consider the material nonlinearity, improve the computational efficiency. The experimental verification shows that this simplified calculation method is reasonable and feasible, which can provide a meaningful reference for the design of the structure.
