该文以山西省一裤型漏斗型钢贮煤筒仓为研究对象,利用颗粒流程序对该煤仓在装料及卸料过程中散料对仓壁的静态、动态压力进行模拟研究,并将其计算结果与国家规范GB50077-2003和ISO计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明:国家现行规范和ISO提供的法向压力和切向力计算方法不完全适合该煤仓情况;该煤仓上部直壁静态压力可采用ISO方法计算,但下部漏斗需按静模拟结果取值;上部直壁动态侧压力可根据国家规范GB50077-2003计算,而侧壁摩擦力需根据动态模拟结果取值;下部裤腿型漏斗动态法向压力和切向力均需取动模拟值。
In this paper, a pant-type hopper steel coal storage silo in Shanxi Province is taken as the research object. The particle flow program is used to simulate the static and dynamic pressure of silo in the loading and unloading process of the coal bunker. Comparisons between the calculation results and the national standard GB50077-2003 and ISO calculation results. The results show that the calculation method of the normal pressure and tangential force provided by the current national norms and the ISO are not entirely suitable for the coal bunker. The static pressure of the upper wall of the coal bunker can be calculated by the ISO method. However, The dynamic lateral pressure of the upper straight wall can be calculated according to the national standard GB50077-2003, while the friction of the side wall should be based on the results of the dynamic simulation. The dynamic normal pressure and the tangential force of the lower pant leg-type funnel need to be simulated.
