本文主要综述了持续性 +Gz加速度作用引起的神经、心脏、肌肉、骨骼、肺、血管等组织器官病理变化。这些改变有的可以恢复 ,严重的甚至造成损伤。病理改变程度与作用G值、增长率、作用时间和个体差异因素有关。随着飞机性能的提高 ,加速度问题更突出。航空医学工作者应着重研究在有很大风险条件下的机体变化和高效抗荷措施 ,保证飞行员安全地执行任务
This article mainly reviewed the histopathological changes of nerves, heart, muscle, bone, lung, blood vessels and other organs caused by the continuous + Gz acceleration. Some of these changes can be recovered, severe or even cause damage. The extent of pathological changes and the role of G value, growth rate, duration and individual differences in factors. Acceleration issues are more pronounced as aircraft performance improves. Aeromedical workers should focus on body changes and efficient anti-load measures under conditions of high risk to ensure pilots perform their tasks safely
