在贵州省农业委员会的大力支持下,“黔茶杯”评比活动自2013年起已连续举办四届,2017年将举办第五届。持续举办该评比活动,纵向可真实反映参与企业茶叶加工技术的掌握情况和茶叶品质的稳定、提升情况,横向反映了我省茶叶企业之间茶叶品质及加工技术的差异大小。评审组对每份茶样的评审结果进行分析,为企业加工技术改进提出方向性建议。
With the strong support from Guizhou Provincial Committee of Agriculture, the “Guizhou Cup” competition has been held for four consecutive years since 2013 and the fifth in 2017. Continuously holding the competition activities, the vertical can truly reflect the mastery of enterprises involved in tea processing technology and the stability of tea quality, enhance the situation, the horizontal reflects the tea industry in our province tea quality and processing technology differences in size. The review team conducted an analysis on the evaluation results of each tea sample to make directional suggestions for the improvement of the processing technology of the enterprise.
