RPM管道是采用高模量增强纤维和合成树脂及高质量的石英砂组合的一种复合材料管,具有寿命长、抗侵蚀性能高、适应地基变形能力好、便于运输和安装等优点。本文以北疆某供水工程倒虹吸应用大口径RPM管道为例,就工程管道选用、施工工艺和质量控制方面做了系统的介绍。工程实践证明,只要设计结构合理、质量控制措施到位,在特殊环境的大型工程选用RPM管具有一定的其它管道无法比拟的优越性。
RPM pipe is a composite pipe with a combination of high modulus reinforcing fibers and synthetic resin and high quality quartz sand. It has the advantages of long service life, high corrosion resistance, good ability to adapt to deformation of foundation, ease of transportation and installation. In this paper, a large-diameter RPM pipe is applied to reverse siphon in a water supply project in northern Xinjiang as an example to make a systematic introduction on selection of construction pipelines, construction technology and quality control. Engineering practice proves that, as long as the design structure is reasonable and the quality control measures are in place, the selection of the RPM pipe in large-scale projects in a special environment has certain superiority unmatched by other pipelines.
