This article focuses on the activities of experience, innovative scenarios to cultivate the personality of college students; strengthen self-cultivation, focus on capacity-building and enhance the social competitiveness of college students; enhance self-awareness, stimulate internal drive, effectively plan college students career and change practice classroom approach to build Innovation and practical ability to demonstrate the stage, and comprehensively improve the ability of innovation and practical aspects of several aspects of how to strengthen the sense of responsibility to cultivate students of mechanical engineering.
