新西兰修订农用化学品数据保护法规新西兰政府日前下发通知称已经完成了新西兰农用化合物数据保护法规的审查,并同意修订有关规定。此前,新西兰当局在2011年年底发布了一份对相关修订的讨论文件,参考了利益相关者的反馈意见。此次修订主要涉及对新型农用化合物,非新型化合物的新用途和新制剂以及对现有化合物的复审三个方面的数据保护规定。 New Zealand amends regulations on data protection for agricultural chemicals New Zealand Government recently issued a circular that it has completed the review of New Zealand’s laws on the protection of agricultural chemicals and agreed to amend the relevant provisions. Earlier, the New Zealand authorities released a discussion paper on the amendments at the end of 2011, taking into account the feedback from stakeholders. The amendments mainly cover data protection requirements for new types of agricultural compounds, new uses of new compounds and new formulations, and review of existing compounds.
