本文拟通过对浙江嵊州市政府民办公助模式的研究,特别是其在社会道德教化、文化传统传承与提升财务独立性、寻找资金活水、开辟市场销售财源方面的成功经验,总结适合中国政府解决地方艺术发展资金匮乏问题的新思路。本文通过个案调研法、实地调研法及归纳演绎法对嵊州民办公助模式进行深入分析。本文对嵊州民办公助模式研究,对现阶段我国地方艺术发展具有重要的借鉴与指导意义。 This paper intends to pass the research on the model of private-run public service in Shengzhou city, Zhejiang Province, especially its successful experience in social moralizing, cultural tradition inheritance and enhancing financial independence, finding funds for living water and opening up the market for sales revenue. New ideas for the lack of funds for local arts development. In this paper, through case studies, field research and inductive deduction, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the Shengzhou-based public assistance model.
