水利水电做为一项系统而复杂的现代工程,其合同管理是工程管理中的一项重要内容。但是在目前我国许多水电工程合同管理体系,存在这样或者那样的不足,最后导致项目投入产出不对称,企业发展举步维艰。论文就水电工程合同管理机构设置进行了阐述,并对其存在的问题,以及相应对策做了深入探讨。 Water conservancy and hydropower as a systematic and complex modern engineering, contract management is an important part of project management. However, at present, many of China’s hydropower contract management system, there is such or that lack of, and ultimately lead to asymmetric input and output of the project, business development difficult. The dissertation elaborates the establishment of contract management institution of hydropower project, and discusses its existing problems and corresponding countermeasures.
