妊娠期雌、孕激素水平升高，泌尿系统平滑肌松弛，输尿管蠕动减缓，加之妊娠子宫的压迫，易发生肾盂积水。患者常主诉尿急、尿频、发热及腰背胀痛，多因未进行肾区Ｂ超检查而视为一般尿路感染。对有上述症状的６０例孕妇，行Ｂ超检查，其中发现肾盂积水３０例，右肾盂积水２４例，双侧者６例，经过适当处理均顺利分娩，产后病因解除，多于短期内恢复正常。对产褥期未痊愈者，追踪观察并给予诊治。
