目的:探讨中药五倍子提取液对实验性根面龋的抑制作用。方法:以50%五倍子提取液为实验药物,38%氟化双氨银[Ag(NH3)2F],2%氟化钠(NaF)为阳性对照,去离子水为阴性对照。测量实验性根面龋再脱矿中脱矿量与时间的关系及总矿物质损失量。结果:38%Ag(NH3)2F抑制脱矿作用最强,其余依次为50%五倍子提取液、2%氟化钠、去离子水。50%五倍子提取液与38%Ag(NH3)2F、2%氟化钠无显著性差异(P>0.05),各药物处理组与去离子水比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:50%五倍子提取液对Ca2+溶出量及总矿物质损失量具有显著的抑制作用,对Ca2+溶出量的抑制作用优于2%NaF。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Chinese medicinal gallnut extract on experimental root scape. Methods: 50% gallnut extract was used as experimental drug, 38% silver difluoride (Ag(NH3)2F), 2% sodium fluoride (NaF) as positive control, and deionized water as negative control. The relationship between the amount of demineralization and time and the amount of total minerals lost in experimental de-mineralization of experimental root surface were measured. Results: 38% Ag(NH3)2F inhibited the most demineralization, followed by 50% gallnut extract, 2% sodium fluoride, and deionized water. There was no significant difference between the 50% gallnut extract and 38% Ag(NH3)2F and 2% sodium fluoride (P>0.05). There was a significant difference between each drug treatment group and deionized water (P<0.01). Conclusion: The 50% gallnut extract has a significant inhibitory effect on the amount of Ca2+ elution and total mineral loss, and its inhibitory effect on Ca2+ elution is better than that of 2% NaF.
