上海市浦东新区对每位见习教师进行为期一年的规范化培训,旨在让新进教师迅速熟悉教学常规、胜任教学工作,并力图摸索出一种培训新教师、引导教师专业成长的培养范式.作为学科带教导师,笔者在指导见习教师的过程中,通过与学员的深入交流,感受到新教师在初登讲台时的一些困惑;回想自己的专业成长历程,更是感慨良多.教师的专业成长虽然因人而异,资质、个性等方面的差异会导致成长轨迹各不相同,但大体说来不外乎先站稳讲台后谋求发展的过 Shanghai Pudong New Area conducts one-year standardized training for each trainee teacher in order to familiarize newly recruited teachers with teaching routine and to be competent in teaching work. The Pudong New Area aims at developing a training paradigm for training new teachers and guiding teachers’ professional growth. As a disciplined teacher, during the process of directing the trainee teachers, the author felt some puzzles when the new teachers came to the podium in the first step through exchanges with the trainees. It is even more of a sense of regret to think about their own professional growth. Although professional growth varies from person to person, differences in qualifications, personality and other aspects will lead to different trajectories of growth, but in general it is nothing more than the first to stabilize the podium after seeking development
