健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果

目的观察健康教育路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法 COPD患者70例按随机数字表分为研究组和对照组,各35例,对照组实施常规健康教育,研究组采用健康教育路径表对患者进行健康教育,入院时及出院时进行Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估,出院时进行健康知识评价表调查、呼吸功能锻炼考核及满意度调查,出院2周后均予电话随访,统计出院后肺功能锻炼的依从性情况。结果研究组和对照组出院时对疾病相关知识知晓情况、呼吸功能锻炼动作正确情况、护理满意度比较,P均<0.05。研究组和对照组出院时SAS评分分别为(45.62±9.45)、(53.70±11.24)分,入院时分别为(62.40±12.15)、(62.74±12.75)分。两组出院时SAS评分均降低,以研究组为著(P均<0.01)。研究组出院后坚持肺功能锻炼依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理管理,能提高对疾病相关知识知晓程度,缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高呼吸功能锻炼依从性,使护理满意度及健康教育效果明显改善。 Objective To observe the effect of health education on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Seventy patients with COPD were divided into study group and control group according to random number table, 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education. The study group used the health education pathway to conduct health education for patients. At the time of admission and discharge, (SAS) assessment, health knowledge assessment questionnaire survey, respiratory functional exercise assessment and satisfaction survey at discharge, were followed up by telephone 2 weeks after discharge, and statistics on compliance of pulmonary function after discharge from the hospital. Results The study group and control group were aware of disease-related knowledge, correct exercise of respiratory function and nursing satisfaction, P <0.05. The SAS scores of the study group and the control group were (45.62 ± 9.45) and (53.70 ± 11.24) at discharge, respectively, and were (62.40 ± 12.15) and (62.74 ± 12.75) at admission respectively. The SAS scores were lower in both groups at discharge from the study group (P <0.01). The study group adherence to pulmonary function after discharge compliance was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The path of health education should be used in the management of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It can improve the awareness of disease-related knowledge, relieve the anxiety of patients and improve the compliance of respiratory function exercise, so that the nursing satisfaction and the effect of health education are improved obviously.
