气候变化带来的生态危机已是不争的事实。以低碳发展为核心的新型发展模式,或将成就浙江下一轮经济社会发展的新纪元。回首过去这些年的发展历程,随着工业化、城市化进程的不断加快,气候变化和环境恶化的压力日趋严峻。应对气候变化,推进低碳战略已被视作是唯一出路。这不仅仅关乎经济发展,更关乎民生幸福。而低碳经济、低碳社会、低碳城市、低碳园区也成为热乎的话题。
The ecological crisis caused by climate change is an indisputable fact. The new development model centered on low-carbon development will be a new era for the next round of economic and social development in Zhejiang. Looking back on the course of development over the past few years, with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the pressure of climate change and environmental deterioration is becoming more and more severe. Addressing climate change and promoting a low-carbon strategy has been seen as the only way out. This is not only about economic development but also about the well-being of people’s livelihood. Low-carbon economy, low-carbon society, low-carbon cities, low-carbon park has become a hot topic.
