宁波市江北区就业管理服务处现有职工31人,平均年龄32岁,其中本科以上学历14人,党员15人。该处以创建“青年文明号”活动作为凝聚青年、团结青年、带领青年建功立业的有效形式,确立了“创新型”、“学习型”、“服务型”的创建思路,以青春和智慧让“青年文明号”在就业服务工作中大放异彩,提升青年就业服务工作者的文明水平,弘扬了就业服务工作的文明新风尚。先后被授予全国“巾帼文明岗”、宁波市“文明单位”、“群众满意办事窗口”示范单位称号。
