本文从矿山类企业应用智能能耗调节的实际需求出发,通过矿山用破碎机的出料和回料皮带的负荷分析,建立数学模型,通过运行电流智能寻优算法,实时获得破碎机电机的最优运行电流,按照该电流对破碎机电机和给料机频率进行自适应的PID控制,使破碎机的主电机一直运行在效率最高的工况下,实现智能能耗调节的目的。
Based on the practical demand of intelligent energy consumption adjustment in mining enterprises, this paper establishes the mathematical model through the analysis of the load of mine crusher and the load belt, establishes the mathematical model by running current intelligent optimization algorithm, Excellent running current, according to the current crusher motor and feeder frequency adaptive PID control, the main motor crusher has been operating in the most efficient conditions, to achieve the purpose of intelligent energy consumption adjustment.
