我国选煤厂大于0.5mm的煤一般采用跳汰和重介选,而小于0.5mm的煤则采用浮选。近几年煤泥分选技术虽有新的发展,但尚不能满足选煤生产的需要,并存在如下问题:1.许多选煤厂跳汰机的分选下限高,而用振动筛回收粗煤泥时,因其灰分高,在掺入出厂精煤后,影响销售精煤的灰分或全厂精煤的产率。2.有的选煤厂因入选原煤量增加,而浮选车间的处理能力不足,造成出厂煤泥量增加,并影响全厂精煤的产率。3.有的小型炼焦煤选煤厂不设浮选车间,煤泥不经分选而直接排至厂外沉淀池,不但使煤炭资源得不到合理利用,而且加剧矿区环境污染。螺旋分选机是分选煤泥的新重选设备,国外一些国家已在选煤生产中广泛应用,国内近几年只在选矿生产中推广使用。为了提高我国煤泥处理的技术水平,改
