De Deers金刚石公司近期研制开发出一种含CBN低的聚晶立方氮化硼(P CBN)刀具。这种含CBN低的PCBN刀具非常适合黑色硬金属,特别是表面淬硬钢和铁工件的精加工,替代了传统的磨削加工。其性能在某些方面比含CBN高的PCBN刀具好。
De Deers Diamonds recently developed a low CBN polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (P CBN) tool. This PCBN tool with a low CBN is ideal for the finishing of black hard metals, especially surface hardened steel and iron parts, replacing traditional grinding. Its performance is better in some respects than PCBN tool with high CBN.
