病案反映了医疗行为的最原始状态,对医疗教育、医疗科研、医院管理决策、医院经营、医疗纠纷的处理、医疗保险卫生防疫等各个方面具有较高的参考价值。病案质量管理贯穿于医疗服务的全过程,是衡量医院管理水平、医疗质量、医护人员素质的重要内容。本文运用全面质量管理理论探讨了以质量为中心,全员参与为基础,全环节、全过程管理为手段的病案质量管理体系,形成管理主体多元化、质量管理全程化、质量培训全员化、质量控制全面化的病案质量管理长效机制,持续改进,最终实现医疗服务质量的循环上升。
Medical records reflect the most primitive state of medical behavior, and have a high reference value in various fields such as medical education, medical research, hospital management decision-making, hospital management, medical dispute handling and health insurance quarantine.
