目的:观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法:将120例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的患者随机分成对照组和治疗组各60例,用2%~4%碳酸氢钠液冲洗阴道后,对照组采用达克宁栓治疗,每天1次400 mg阴道用药,连续6天;治疗组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊和达克宁栓联合治疗,达克宁栓每天1次400 mg阴道用药,连续6天,而后用乳酸菌阴道胶囊每天1次0.5 g阴道用药,连续5天。于停药后5天、90天复查,比较两组近期疗效和复发率。结果:治疗组治愈率83.3%,对照组治愈率63.3%,两组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组复发率分别为8.6%和25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊和达克宁栓联合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎疗效较好,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To observe the effect of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods: 120 patients with recurrent Candida vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 60 cases each. After the vagina was washed with 2% ~ 4% sodium bicarbonate solution, the control group was treated with dacronide once a day mg vaginal medication for 6 days. The treatment group was treated with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule and dacronide suppository. The mice in the treatment group were treated with 400 mg vaginal suppository once daily for 6 days and then vaginally with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules 0.5 g once daily for 5 days . Five days after discontinuation, 90 days review, compare the two groups of short-term efficacy and recurrence rate. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, the cure rate of the control group was 63.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups in the cure rate (P <0.05). The recurrence rates of the two groups were 8.6% and 25.0%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Lactobacillus vaginal capsule and dacronide suppository are effective in treating recurrent candidal vaginitis with low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
