国际应用型人才是顺应当前我国旅游国际化发展的社会形势所提出的。当前,很多高校设置了旅游管理专业,也针对市场需求构建了旅游人才培养模式。但由于对国际应用型旅游人才的内涵和特征没有明确把握,在人才培养过程中呈现出趋同培养的问题。基于此,从国际应用型旅游人才概念入手,综合现有研究整合国际应用型旅游人才的内涵,进一步分析其特征,根据国家十三五发展规划纲要对旅游行业发展的人才需求,突出国际应用型人才培养的建议,希望能为高校的人才培养提供指导。
The application of international talents is based on the current social situation of the development of international tourism in our country. Currently, many colleges and universities set up a tourism management professional, but also for the needs of the market to build tourism personnel training mode.
