在“入世”条件下,如何进行企业培训的“定位”,寻找新的生存发展的机遇,是各级各类企业培训部门面临的新任务。政府部门要尽快转变职能,加强管理,加强服务;培训机构和企业培训部门要尽快提高竞争能力。这“三支队伍”尽管所处位置、所承担任务不同,但共同目标是通过培训提高企业的核心竞争力。 作为政府部门,培训司要在去年加强基地建设的基础上,加大制度建设的力度,为企业培训创造一个健康发展
