本文介绍由作者为九江火力发电厂125MW超高压中间再热汽轮发电机组研制的具有能损监视分析功能的微机分布式在线监视系统。该系统除具备微机数据采集和处理系统(DAS)的功能外,还分析发电机组的主要运行参数偏离额定值后对煤耗率及煤耗量的影响,指导运行人员及时调整,从而大大减少发电过程中的能量损耗,达到节能的目的。本文着重介绍该系统的硬件配置,能损分析方法及应用软件的功能。
This paper introduces a microcomputer-based distributed on-line monitoring system developed by author for 125MW EHV intermediate reheat turbine generator in Jiujiang Thermal Power Plant. In addition to the functions of microcomputer data acquisition and processing system (DAS), the system also analyzes the influence of the main operating parameters of generator set on the coal consumption rate and coal consumption after deviating from the rated value so as to guide the operators to adjust in time so as to greatly reduce the power generation process The energy loss, to achieve the purpose of energy saving. This article focuses on the hardware configuration of the system, can damage the analysis methods and application software functions.
