姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)分析目前已广泛应用于环境诱变物的筛选,此方法可以在多种动物和细胞系中进行,大鼠是常用的实验动物,便于采血进行动态观察。但目前国内外以大鼠外周血为材料的SCE实验方法报道还很少,我们结合国内外实验条件,对Kligerman氏SCE检测法进行了某些改进,并观察了苯并(a)芘[B(a)]对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞SCE率的影响。
Sister chromatid exchange (SCE) analysis has been widely used in environmental mutagens screening, this method can be carried out in a variety of animals and cell lines, rats are commonly used laboratory animals, blood for dynamic observation. However, at present, there are few reports about the SCE method using rat peripheral blood as a material, and some improvements have been made to the Kligerman’s SCE method in combination with the experimental conditions both at home and abroad. The effects of benzo (a) pyrene [B (a)] on the SCE rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in rats.
