为了提高TDI-CCD高分辨率空间相机离焦补偿的可靠性,保证相机的图像质量,提出一种多功能调焦控制系统。首先,详细分析离焦补偿的需求,提出位置闭环、温度闭环、图像闭环和位置开环四种调焦方法;然后,介绍系统的构成及工作原理;最后,对四种调焦方法进行设计和实验验证。实验结果表明:位置闭环调焦控制误差不大于1.3μm,温度闭环调焦控制误差不大于1.4μm,图像闭环调焦控制误差不大于2.3μm,位置开环调焦控制误差不大于3.4μm,四种调焦方法的控制误差满足系统设计要求,有效地提高了TDI-CCD高分辨率空间相机离焦补偿的可靠性。
In order to improve the reliability of TDI-CCD high-resolution space camera defocus compensation and ensure the image quality of the camera, a multi-function focusing control system is proposed. Firstly, the requirements of defocus compensation are analyzed in detail. Four focusing methods of position closed loop, temperature closed loop, image closed loop and position open loop are proposed. Then, the composition and working principle of the system are introduced. Finally, Experimental verification. The experimental results show that the control error of position closed-loop focusing is not more than 1.3μm, the error of closed-loop temperature focusing control is not more than 1.4μm, the closed-loop image focusing control error is not more than 2.3μm, the position open-loop focusing control error is less than 3.4μm, The control error of the focus adjustment method meets the system design requirements and effectively improves the reliability of defocus compensation of the TDI-CCD high-resolution space camera.
