目的 :研究肺癌组织表皮生长因子受体 (Epidermalgrowthfactorreceptor,EGFR)基因mRNA、多药耐药性相关蛋白基因 -MRP基因 (Multi drugresistanceassociatedproteingene ,MRPgene)mRNA表达相关性及对肺癌患者预后的影响。方法 :原位分子杂交技术检测 5 2例肺癌根治术后石蜡组织标本中癌细胞EGFR基因mRNA与MRP基因mRNA表达 ,并回顾性随访。结果 :5 2例肺癌组织标本均有不同程度EGFR、MRP基因mRNA表达 ,其表达水平有密切相关性并与患者术后生存期、化疗疗效相关 ,与临床病理诸要素无明显相关。结论 :EGFR基因与MRP基因密切相关并影响肺癌患者预后
Objective : To study the correlation of mRNA expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene and multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP) gene in lung cancer tissues and its effect on prognosis of lung cancer patients. METHODS: In situ hybridization was used to detect the mRNA expression of EGFR gene and MRP gene in cancer tissues from 52 paraffin-embedded specimens after radical lung cancer surgery. The follow-up was followed up. Results: The expression of EGFR and MRP gene mRNA was detected in 52 specimens of lung cancer. The expression levels of EGFR and MRP mRNA were closely related to the survival time of patients and the curative effect of chemotherapy. There was no significant correlation with the clinical pathological factors. Conclusion: EGFR gene is closely related to MRP gene and affects the prognosis of lung cancer patients
